Carlo Dottore & Partners Architects is an Adelaide based award-winning Architecture practice established in 1973. Led by Principal Architect Carlo Dottore, we specialise in high quality residential design including new houses, additions, alterations and rehabilitation, as well as commercial, hospitality, educational and retail.

With 50 years of experience our Principal, Carlo Dottore, has demonstrated his expertise and passion not only locally but nationally and internationally. Our Principal's unique and extensive know-how regarding Council rules & codes makes us efficient and our passionate team guarantees a dynamic and personalised response to fit our client needs. Specialised in both contemporary & Heritage Architecture we are capable of approaching each project differently by listening to the client, understanding the needs and by creating unique designs.

With projects mainly around South Australia we offer a committed and adapted response to each project. Our clients needs come first and we understand the design process whether it is consulting, concept design, building and construction documentation or project management.

CARLO DOTTORE
Carlo is an award-winning Architect with 50 years of experience in the industry and is the founding partners and principal of Carlo Dottore & Partners Architects. Carlo started at Hassell where at this stage he participated in leading design projects and worked closely with leading national architects on challenging and large scale projects.

Carlo has an infinite passion for Architecture, attention to detail, commitment attitude and an unique approach to design.
Carlo carefully leads his clients through out all stages by listening and advising. His desire to produce better and have the best outcome possible design and budget wise built him strong relationships with clients.
​
Carlo is a Registered Architect in South Australia and Victoria and also an elected member of the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters Council.
OFFICE MANAGER
WENDY DOTTORE
Wendy Dottore is our office manager and has been with us since the first day. Wendy's extensive experience running the office has brought us solid and successful relationships with clients consultants and builders.

Having been around for so long, Wendy's knowledge of office organisation and management applied to Architecture is extremely efficient and goes beyond just general management tasks. Wendy's skills, hands-on and problem solving nature are crucial in the day-to day office environment and core to our office working ethic.

Wendy's ability to smoothly run the office and assist on project management simultaneously is key to maintain incredible clients and consultants relations as well as a sustainable and efficient process during all project stages.

JOE SANTOS
Joe (Joao) is an Experienced Graduate of Architecture that has completed his Masters in Architecture overseas, in University of Lisbon, Portugal. Having gained experience in internationally renowned firms in Europe, he then moved to Australia where he, positively recognized by AACA, joined Carlo Dottore & Partners Architects and started working passionately on local projects.
Joe's enthusiastic personality and commitment attitude makes him a valuable asset in the office. His interest for aesthetics and his extensive presentation and illustration skills bring us closer to the clients needs and helps them visualizing their work. Always eager to learn more and create unique design solutions, Joe's participation in projects of different sectors such as commercial and residential is building him a strong knowledge and experience for the future. Joe is always ready to help and provide solutions and exceed expectations whether it is within the office or with clients or consultants.
